The story of a heartbroken guy named Rob (Sam Heughan) finding love again through texts from a stranger after changing his phone number is depicted in the trailer. The stranger is a lady named Mira (Priyanka Chopra), who is mourning the loss of her deceased boyfriend and texts him every day. Mira is unaware that Sam Heughan, who can’t stop falling in love with a person he has just met, now has her phone number. He gives love another opportunity with a lot of encouragement from his therapist Celine Dion.
“It was just such a joy to be able to do this character because Mira is just a really sensitive, empathic person who’s stuck in a place she can’t seem to get out of,” Priyanka Chopra said about her character in Love Again. And we’ve all been there.” She went on to say that the film addresses “mature issues” and complications encountered on the road to real love while facing loss.

The American movie is written and directed by James C. Strouse and is based on Sofie Cramer’s 2009 novel “SMS für dich (Text for You).” The film stars popular singer Celine Dion, who will mark her big-screen acting debut in the upcoming romantic comedy. Fans can’t stop talking about Nick Jonas, Priyanka Chopra’s husband, who makes a humorous cameo in the film. Aside from the main cast, “Love Again” also stars Russell Tovey, Arinze Kene, Omid Djalili, Sofia Barclay, and Celia Imrie. The film will be released in theatres on May 12, 2023. The teaser also references Dion’s new track, which will be used in the film.
