Undoubtedly, Bangkok’s cuisine is more diverse than just its street food. The Thai capital is home to restaurants in every price range, including Gaggan, which has received a Michelin star. Raan Jay Fai, a street food establishment with a Michelin star, offers omelettes stuffed with live crab meat. The metropolis also has a wide variety of international eateries that serve traditional cuisine more typical of neighbouring nations like Japan and Taiwan.
